Seema Policepatil, MD, MBA, FACP

Dr. Seema Policepatil, MD, MBA, FACP, is an Associate Clinical Professor in Academic Internal Medicine at the Veterans Affairs Central California Health System, affiliated with the University of California San Francisco – Fresno. She earned her MBBS from M.R. Medical College, India, and completed her MD in Internal Medicine at Gundersen Health System, Wisconsin. Additionally, she holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Massachusetts–Amherst.

Dr. Policepatil is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine, with extensive experience in ambulatory internal medicine, medical education, and quality improvement. She has held leadership roles, including Vice Chair of Ambulatory Operations at UCSF Fresno. A dedicated educator and researcher, she has contributed to peer-reviewed journals and national conferences. Dr. Policepatil is actively involved in SGIM, serving as Secretary/Treasurer for the Society of General Internal Medicine.
